These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website blakleyq.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from Blakleyq (operated by BLAKLEY QUANTUM INNOVATIONS LLC, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product information or pricing, suspected fraud, or issues verifying customer information. If we cancel an accepted order, we will notify you and issue a refund for any amounts already paid.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

• Prices: Product prices are shown in US Dollars on the Site and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout.
• Taxes: We currently do not charge sales tax on orders placed through the Site. If that changes, we will update this page and display taxes at checkout as required by law.
• Payment Method: We accept PayPal only. All payment processing is handled by PayPal; we do not store full payment card information on our servers. By using PayPal you agree to their terms and privacy policy.
• Authorization: By placing an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount (including any applicable shipping and taxes, if charged in the future).

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically within the United States only. Delivery timelines shown on product pages and our Shipping Policy reflect our standard estimates (Order processing: 1–2 business days; Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days; Total delivery 4–6 business days). 6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy: returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, items must be unused and in original packaging, customers pay return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or incorrect), refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take 2 business days to process after inspection. 7. Product Information & Use

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, images, and specifications. However, colors and appearance may vary by device and batch. Product use must conform to manufacturer instructions and safety guidance. We do not make medical, legal, or other professional claims beyond the manufacturer’s specifications.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Products are sold “as is” except to the extent a manufacturer warranty applies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blakleyq and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from your purchase, use, or inability to use the products or the Site. Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, product photos, graphics, and design) is owned or licensed by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

If you create an account on the Site, keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

12. Links & Third-Party Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (including PayPal, carriers, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is subject to those providers’ terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Louisville, Kentucky have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will post a notice on the Site and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
