Shipping Coverage

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Carriers: USPS or UPS (assigned based on your delivery location and order size)

Processing & Delivery Time

All delivery estimates shown on product pages reflect the most accurate available information. Actual time may vary slightly depending on order volume, carrier capacity, and holidays.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–4 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 4–6 business days (processing + delivery)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package using the respective carrier’s website:

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Delayed or Extended Delivery

Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Operational delays by USPS or UPS

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. We will assist in submitting a claim with the carrier and arranging a suitable resolution.
