At Blakleyq, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in accordance with our policies.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned with the product.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team before sending any item back.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@blakleyq.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide the designated return address and instructions.Please do not send returns directly to our company address.
- Ship the item using your preferred carrier. We recommend choosing a trackable service to ensure successful delivery.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
- Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide the correct return warehouse address along with detailed return instructions.
Refund Processing
- Refund Processing Time: 2 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee for approved returns.
- No Exchanges Supported: We currently do not offer product exchanges. Customers may place a new order if they need a different item.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly and cover the return shipping cost when applicable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
