Return Eligibility

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned with the product.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team before sending any item back.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not charge any restocking fee for eligible returns.

How to Start a Return

  3. Ship the item using your preferred carrier. We recommend choosing a trackable service to ensure successful delivery.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Refund Processing Time: 2 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee for approved returns.
  • No Exchanges Supported: We currently do not offer product exchanges. Customers may place a new order if they need a different item.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly and cover the return shipping cost when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We currently do not sell perishable goods, digital items, personal-care products, or made-to-order items. If any non-returnable products are introduced in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.
